With the social and economic development, the leisure time of the majority of the rural residents has been increased. They have begun to focus on the quality of life, joining in community activities. The paper has discussed the specific measures and the significance of entertainment activities promoting rural community education starting from the investigation about the residents participating in leisure activities in Cixi. People can obtain education through the relaxing entertainment activities. The paper aims to study the way of the participation of the community education learners from passive to active.
