继续教育与经济发展密切相关,继续教育通过提高人力资本的存量促进经济发展,经济发展对继续教育和人力资源开发提出要求和挑战。为了使我国的继续教育不断适应科技革命带来的经济与社会发展的新形势,准确把握继续教育发展的新特点,探索一条具有特色、适合国情的继续教育发展道路,本文对我国继续教育现状进行分析,提出了继续教育服务经济发展的对策建议。

Continuing education is closely related to the economic development. In order to make Chinese continuing education constantly adapted to the new situation of economic and social development, which brings by the science and technology revolution, it is necessary to accurately grasp the new characteristics of continuing education＇s development, and explore the suitable way for continuing education＇s development, which has Chinese characteristic and fit to Chinese national condition. The author deeply analyses the current situation of Chinese continuing education, and then put forward the strategies of continuing education serving economic development.
