摘要
中等职业教育教师专业化发展的程度制约着其人才培养的质量和效率,而教师专业化发展的程度却有赖于制度的约束和保障。由于缺乏权威性的中等职业教育教师专业标准和准入制度,致使教师的培养制度不能准确地定位,很难在现有的师资培养体系内打造出理想的"双师型"教师队伍。而不完善的中等职业教育教师管理制度,更加阻塞了教师通过在职实践实现自觉专业化的通道。因此,建立中等职业教育教师专业化保障制度具有极其重要的意义。
he degree of development of teacher specialization in secondary vocational education (SVE) which is dependent on the related systems, restricts the quality and efficiency of the SVE students' training. The SVE teacher training systems can not be accurately positioned due to the lack of authoritative professional standards and admittance systems of the teacher specialization, so it is very difficult to form the ideal "double- qualified" teaching faculty in the current SVE teacher training systems. Furthermore, the imperfect teacher management systems have prevented the way of the SVE teacher specialization through teaching practice. So constructing the teacher specialization guarantee systems in secondary vocational education is of significant importance.
