摘要
介绍所研制的一种小型、多用途导向管式喷动床干燥机的构造和原理。对其喷动特性进行了试验研究,分析了各种结构参数对喷动状态的影响。在此干燥机上进行了3种谷物的干燥试验,分析了风温、料层厚度、初始水分等对干燥速率、热耗和物料温度的影响,提出了结构参数和干燥条件的最佳值。
A small scale and multipurpose draft-tube spouted bed dryer was designed and tested.The characteristics of its spouting behaviour were investigated experimentaly.The e- ffect of structural parameters on the spouting behaviour was studied and analysed.Three kinds of grains were dried on the spouted bed dryer.The effect of air temperature,bed depth and initial moisture content on the drying rate,grain temperature and heat consump- tion was tested.Optimum structural parameters and drying conditions were presented.
