双胎输血综合征五例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 Helitz于1941年首次报道了TwinTwinTrans．fusionSyndrome（TTTs），称为双胎输血综合征，根据目前文献报道其发生率在双胎中为4％-35％。回顾性分析贵州航天医院收治TTTs患者5例的临床资料，目的在于提高对该疾病的认识，选择适当的分娩时机，不仅在于提高新生儿存活率，而且减少新生儿神经系统并发症及后遗症的发生，提高以后生活质量减少社会及家庭的负担。
