摘要 为探讨多点生产卷烟产品多指标相似性评价方法,对2个卷烟品牌A(三类烟)、B(四类烟)在2009~2010年的常规质量检测数据中的三个烟气成分指标(焦油、烟气烟碱、CO),进行相似性评价,计算其马氏相似系数和Hotelling T2统计量.通过建立两个品牌马氏相似系数与Hotelling T2统计量之间的曲线回归模型,确定出两个牌号各生产厂家相似性控制限的置信水平和σ倍数.结果表明:A牌号(三类烟)各生产厂家在焦油、烟气烟碱和CO三个指标上的相似性控制限置信水平为0.999 999 998 985 879,σ为6.107 171 74倍;B牌号(四类烟)各生产厂家在焦油、烟气烟碱和CO上的相似性控制限置信水平为0.999 999 999 517,σ为6.224 531倍.该相似性控制限的提出为多点生产卷烟产品多指标相似性评价提供方法. In order to explore the evaluation method for multiple indexes with same brand cig- arette from multi-point production, 3 indexes(Tar, nicotine, CO) values of the cigarette of A brand(third kind of cigarettes) and B brand(fourth kind of cigarettes) from the regular quality during 2009-2010 was evaluated in the similarity. The curve regression models of two brands are established by caculated Mahalanob similarity coefficient and Hotelling T^2 statistic. Finally, the Control Limit (confidence level and times of σ) of similarity with two brands is determined thourgh established models. The results showed that the Control Limit confidence level is 0. 999 999 998 985 879 and 6. 107 171 74 times of a in 3 indexes (Tar, nic- otine, CO) of the cigarette of A brand(third kind of cigarettes)from multi-point production, and the Control Limit confidence level is 0. 999 999 999 517 and 6. 224 531 times of σ in 3 in- dexes(Tar, nicotine, CO)of the cigarette of B brand(fourth kind of cigarettes)from multi- point production. Based on the Control Limit of similarity with two brands is determined,which provides a method for evaluating of similarity in multiple indexes of the cigarette of same brand from multi-point production.
