摘要
铁铌酸锶是一种重要的介质材料,具有复合钙钛矿结构,同其他介质材料相比,具有相对高的介电常数的优点,在高储能等领域有重要的应用潜力,是一种用途广泛的功能陶瓷材料.实验以Sr(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3基陶瓷为研究对象,研究了稀土Nd掺杂对该系陶瓷巨介电性能的影响.结果表明:随着Nd3+掺杂量的增加,陶瓷样品的介电常数逐渐变大;随着温度的上升,陶瓷体系的介电常数也逐渐增大;Nd3+含量x≤0.10时,陶瓷样品有着良好的频率稳定性,x=0.10的陶瓷样品在100kHz下有着良好的温度稳定性.
Sr(Fe0.5 Nb0.5) O3 is an important dielectric material with ABO3-type cubic perovs- kite structure. Compared with other materials Sr(Fe0.5 Nb0.5) O3 has relatively high dielectric constant. It has a great potential in many fields such as high energy storage. In this paper, the ceramic of Sr(Fe0.5 Nb0.5) O3 systems was studied as the main object, in order to research the effect of the giant dielectric properties by doping neodymium. The results show that with increasing of the content of Nd3+ , the dielectric constant of the ceramic system gradually in- creases, which also increases as the temperature increasing. When x≤0. 10, the ceramic samples have a good frequency stabilityl when x=0. 10 ceramic samples at 100 kHz, they have a good temperature stability.
