摘要
以脱色效果和蛋白保留率为指标,对乌鸡血酶解液活性炭脱色工艺条件进行优化研究.实验结果表明,在温度为70℃,pH值为5,脱色时间为60min,活性炭使用量为3%的条件下,酶解液的蛋白保留率较高,且脱色效果较佳.
With the decolorizing carbon decoloring process cond timized.
