摘要 以带有共轭导热柱的矩形窄缝管道内气体的流动传热为例,介绍了一种CFD的数值仿真技术.先利用Pro/e 5.0建立了传热模型,再导入ICEM CFD中划分网格,最后在AN-SYS-CFX中进行求解计算.通过整个传热过程的模拟得出了矩形窄缝管道不同截面的温度、速度和压强分布云图,对不同高宽比情况下矩形窄缝管道内的气体流动与传热进行了对比分析,得出了大宽高比的矩形管道角部靠近上下面区域有热流集中现象,而且随着矩形窄缝管道高宽比越大,出口气流温度越高,传热效果越好,但阻力也越大,压降增加. Taking the air flow conjugated heat transfer of narrow rectangular channels with the conjugate heat conductivity column as an example, a kind of CFD simulation technology is introduced in this paper. First, Pro/e 5. 0 is used to establish a heat transfer model, Then, imported it into ICEM CFD meshing. At last, solved and calculated it in CFX. The temperature, velocity and pressure profile of the different section were obtained through the simulation of the whole heat transfer process, meanwhile the flow and heat transfer are com pared and analyzed in the case of different height to width ratio in narrow rectangular chan- nels, obtained that rectangular channels corner of large width to height ratio appeared flux concentration phenomenon near up-down plane regional, and with height to width ratio grea- ter, export air temperature higher, the heat transfer effect better, but the resistance is grea ter, the pressure drop is higher.
