摘要
从探索教育本位出发,在界定高职院校班导师的概念内涵以及基本工作内容的基础上,对班导师制度施行的理论基础作出分析,并结合中山职业技术学院的班导师制特色与施行效果,阐述做好班导师工作的心得和体会。
Based on the exploration of the principle of education,the author of this paper analyzes the theoretical foundation of implementation of class mentor system and defines the concept connotation and working content of class mentor in vocational schools.Combined with the characteristics and effect of class mentor system in Zhongshan Polytechnic,the paper intends to elaborate the understanding and experience of working as a class mentor.
