农村小学转岗英语教师的语音问题与培训策略研究

在全国城市和县城小学开设英语课程对于县、乡级的英语师资的配备和专业素养提出了很高的要求。语音是小学英语教学中的重点,启蒙阶段的英语教师将对小学生的英语学习有着深远的影响。以调查问卷为依托,探讨农村小学转岗英语教师在语音方面存在的问题和相关的语音培训策略。

It is a big challenge for the English teachers and their teaching capacities to cover English course all over China and the counties.Phonetic study is the focus of primary school English teaching,and teachers during this stage will play a far-reaching role on the pupil＇s study.The School of Foreign Languages of Liaocheng University has been in charge of phonetic training of Liaocheng.Based on the questionnaire,this paper explores the phonetic problems in the teachers＇ phonetic learning and put forwards certain training strategies.
