摘要
目的观察丹参酮ⅡA对阿霉素中毒性心肌炎的防治作用。方法小鼠腹腔注射阿霉素建立中毒性心肌炎,同时给予丹参酮ⅡA进行治疗。观察小鼠的基本情况,采用HE染色观察心肌形态学变化。结果阿霉素模型组小鼠摄食减少,体重下降,丹参酮ⅡA组一般情况较好;HE染色光镜下观察,丹参酮ⅡA组明显改善阿霉素所致的心肌细胞排列紊乱,有空泡变性,部分呈灶状或片状坏死。结论丹参酮ⅡA对阿霉素中毒性心肌炎有防治作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Tanshinone ⅡA on adriamycin-induced myocarditis.Methods The model of myocarditis in mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin,while Tanshinone ⅡA was given for treatment.HE staining was used to observe the morphological changes of myocardium.Results The feeding and weight were reduced in adriamycin-induced myocarditis mice.Treatment with Tanshinone ⅡA could prevent the loss,and improved significantly myocardial cell derangement,vacuolar degeneration induced by adriamycin under light microscope.Conclusion Tanshinone ⅡA can prevent adriamycin-induced myocarditis.
