参松养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗肺心病心律失常临床研究

Effect of Shensongyangxin Capsule Combined with Metoprolol on Arrhythmia in Patients with Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的探讨参松养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗肺心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法将100例肺心病心律失常患者随机分为对照组(倍他乐克组)和治疗组(参松养心胶囊+倍他乐克组),每组50例,疗程均为8周(4周为1疗程)。观察两组治疗效果,监测24h动态心电图变化情况。结果两组治疗后临床症状及心电图变化均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),但治疗组效果优于对照组。结论参松养心胶囊联合倍他乐克治疗肺心病心律失常临床疗效优于单独应用倍他乐克。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with metoprolol on arrhythmia in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods 100 arrhythmia patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into control group（metoprolol group） and treatment group（Shensongyangxin capsule plus metoprolol group）,50 cases in each group.The course of treatment was 8 weeks,4 weeks for each course of treatment.24h dynamic change of electrocardiogram was monitored.Results Clinical symptoms and electrocardiographic changes was improved after treatment as compared to before treatment（P 0.05）,and the efficiency in treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion Clinical effect of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with metoprolol for treatment of arrhythmia in pulmonary heart disease is better than the single application of metoprolol.
