消弭内地与港澳“文化壁垒”的思考——谈高校开展“区情教育”的现实意义

The Thinking of Dispelling the Cultural Barrier between Chinese Inland,Hong Kong and Macao——On the Reality of Launching "Education of Regional Circumstances" in Universities

区域文化深刻影响一个既定区域人们的行为习惯、思维方式和心理认知。加强"区情教育",消弭"文化壁垒"成为内地和港澳台地区开展高校交流合作和文化传承一项重要的使命。目前,内地高校尚未系统地将港澳台地区的区情教育纳入国情教育的范畴,这在一定程度上反映出区情教育与国情教育不相融合、民众文化认知与心理接受不适应、经济交流合作与行为互信不匹配。

Regional culture profoundly influences people＇ Strengthening ＂education of regional circumstances＂ and of launching the universities＇ cooperation and cultural s behavior, thinking ways and cognition in a given area. dispelling ＂cultural barrier＂ become an important mission exchange in the region of the mainland, Hong Kong and Ma- cao. At present, the mainland universities have not systematically brought the ＂education of regional circumstance in Hong Kong and Macao＂ into the national education category, which, to some extent, can reflect that the educa- tion of regional circumstances and the national education do not fuse with each other, and public cultural cognition and psychological acceptance do not adapt to each other, and economic exchanges and cooperation and the behavior trust mismatch each other.
