摘要 加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,是高职教育理论研究和实践探索的重要课题,是高职学校加强实践性教学,办出职教特色,提高职业教育教学质量,培养适应社会需要的高素质人才的客观要求。“双师型”教师队伍建设,直接影响着职业教育教学的改革和发展,和职业教育目标和职能的实现。科学理解“双师型”教师和“双师型”教师队伍的概念。准确把握“双师型”教师队伍建设的现状,积极探索有效途径,建立“双师型”师资队伍建设的促进机制和政策措施,才能真正使“双师型”师资建设目标落到实处,取得实效。 Strengthening the construction of "double-competency" teaching staff is an important task in the theo- retical and practical study of vocational education, and the objective requirement of enhancing the practical teaching with the characteristics of vocational education in vocational colleges and improving the education quality to thus train highly-qualified technicians and labors meeting the need of society. The construction of "double-competency" teaching staff not only directly influences the reform and development of the vocational education and also the realization of the teaching targets and functions. In order to effectively gain the target of constructing " double-competency" teaching staff,we must scientifically understand the concepts of " double-competency" teachers and " double-competency" teaching staff, correctly grasp the current situation of constructing "double-competency" teaching staff, actively explore its effective ways and establish its promoting mechanism and policy measures.
