摘要
目的研究蟾酥的提取工艺。方法以华蟾酥毒基、酯蟾毒配基的提取量和浸膏率为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验考察了溶剂量、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数对提取结果的影响,优选最佳提取工艺。结果蟾酥的最佳提取工艺为加95%乙醇提取3次,第一次24倍量、第二、三次各18倍量,每次20 min。结论确定的工艺合理,有效成分提出率高。
Objective To opitimize extraction process of BlJJ^onis Venenum. Methods Using the content of cinobufa- gin, resibufogenin and dry extract rate as indicators, the orthogona] experiment was used to determine the arnount of ethanol, ethanol concentration,extraction time and extraction times on extraction results. Results The best extraction was as fol- lows：add 95 % ethanol extract 3 times, the first volume of extraction was 24 times plus 20 rain, the second and third volume of extraction was 18 times,plus 20 rain. Conclusion The optimum processes were rational and had high content of active constituents.
