首明山胶囊大鼠长期毒性研究

Chronic toxicity study of Shoumingshan Capsules in rats

目的进行首明山胶囊长期毒性试验研究。方法首明山胶囊7.04 g.kg-1、1.76 g.kg-1(按生药量计算)每天灌胃1次,每周给药6 d(周二不给药),连续给药6个月及停药4周后观察对大鼠一般状况、体重变化、血液细胞学及生化学指征、解剖及组织病理学检查的影响。空白对照组灌胃相同体积的去离子水。结果大鼠体重、血液学常规、主要脏器系数均未见异常。血液生化指标与对照组比较均无显著差异;尸检动物主要脏器未见明显病理变化。结论大鼠给药6个月长毒试验结果表明,首明山胶囊无显著毒性。

Objective To observe the chronic toxicity of Shoumingshan Capsules in rats. Methods Rats were admin- istrated Shoumingshan Capsules at dose of 7.04 and 1.76 g · kg-1 · d-1, respectively,6 days per week（except Tuesday） for 6 months. Rats in positive control group and negative control group were given distilled water with the same volume, re- specfively. The effects on general status, body weight changes, blood cytology and biochemistry, dissection and histopathology were observed after drug discontinuance 4 weeks. Results The weights,indices of hematology and organ coefficients had no anomaly. There were no significant difference between treating groups and control group in blood biochemical indicators. No obvious pathological changes was found in major organ by autopsy. Conclusion Shoumingshan Capsules had no significant toxicity for long term administration for rats.
