Determination of morphine limited amount in Xiaoyan Zhike Tablets by HPLC

目的建立使用液相色谱仪检查中成药消炎止咳片的吗啡限量的检测方法。方法将试样超声处理得到供试品,用带紫外检测器的液相色谱仪检测对照品与供试品,通过比较二者的吗啡峰面积,确定吗啡限量。结果该法能有效检查出吗啡限量。结论该法操作简便、清洁高效、结果可靠,可有效控制消炎止咳片的质量。

Objective To establish a method for determination of limited amount of morphine in Xiaoyan Zhike Tablets by HPLC. Methods Test was obtained by sonication from simple and HPLC with ultraviolet detector was used to detect ref- erence substance and test. The limited amount of morphine was obtained by comparing the peak area of morphine. Results This method can determine the limited amount of morphine effectively. Conclusion The method was convenient, clean and efficient, reliable and it can be used for the quality control of Xiaoyan Zhike Tablets.
