摘要
目的探讨维生素A在药品中的稳定性,找出影响其稳定性的相关因素。方法通过对生产工艺以及存储流通环节的分析,并结合维生素A本身的性质,分别对维生素A在光照、温度、氧气及pH值条件下稳定性的观察,找出促使维生素A分解的相关条件。结果经过7 d的连续观察,维生素A在光照条件下分解6%,在有氧条件下分解1%,在60℃以下,pH值变化基本无分解。结论维生素A在光照下极易分解,也会被空气中的氧气氧化,但在60℃以下以及pH值对其基本没影响。
Objective To study the stability of vitamin A in drugs,in order to find out the effect of the stability of the related factors. Methods Through the production on process and storage circulation analysis, combined with the nature of vitamin A,advance in factors influencing the stability of vitamin A in drugs powder such as light, temperature, oxygen, pH was summarized in this paper. Find out the related conditions what makes vitamin A decomposition. Results After 7 days of continuous observation, vitamin A can be decomposed 6% under illumination, resolved 1% in aerobic conditions, basical- ly no decomposition in 60 ℃ or pH changes. Conclusion Vitamin A can be easily changed in lights, also oxidized by oxy- gen in the air, but there was no aggregate impact on temperature ( under 60 ℃ } , pH.
