花生壳水溶性膳食纤维超声提取工艺响应面优化 被引量:16

OPTIMIZATION OF EXTRACTION PROCESS OF WATER-SOLUBLE DIETARY FIBER FROM PEANUT NULL BY RESPONSE SURFACE METHODOLOGY

摘要 以花生壳为原料,在单因素试验基础上,考察粗细度、溶剂浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间、超声功率6个因素对水溶性膳食纤维提取率的影响,并通过Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面分析法,确定超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:NaOH质量浓度0.05 g/mL,提取时间40 min,粗细度80目,料液比(g/mL)1:14,提取温度60℃,超声功率480 W,在此条件下,提取率为8.58%. On the basis of single factor experiments, we studied the effects of granularity, solution concentration, solid-to-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of water-soluble dietary fiber from peanut hull, and determined the optimum extraction conditions by Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface methodology. The optimum conditions were as follows: NaOH mass concentration 0.05 g/mL, extraction time 40 min, granularity 80 meshes, solid-to-liquid ratio 1:14 (g/mL), extraction temperature 60 ℃, and ultrasonic power 480 W. Under the optimum conditions, the extraction rate reached 8.58%.
