摘要
应用三维荧光技术结合化学计量学中的二阶校正方法同时对梨和红薯中的甲萘威和异丙威残留进行了定量分析研究.测试了pH对这两种农药荧光强度的影响;试验了不同用量的β-环糊精溶液对这两种农药的荧光增敏作用.三维荧光激发波长范围230~320 nm,发射波长范围250~430 nm.通过SWATLD解析得到的甲萘威在梨和红薯样中的一组平均回收率分别为(96.11±1.10)%和(95.78±2.99)%;异丙威在梨和红薯样中的一组平均回收率分别为(106.14±2.34)%和(94.29±1.90)%.方法前处理简单,试验成本低廉,不需预先分离,可以快速同时定量分析梨和红薯样中光谱相互重叠干扰的多个待测组分的含量.
We quantitatively determined the content of carbaryl and isoprocarb in pear and sweet potato by using three-dimensional fluorescent technology in combination with second-order calibration of the chemical metrology, studied the effects of pH value on the fluorescence intensity of two pesticides, and tested the fluorescence enhancement effect of different amounts of beta-cyclodextrin solution on the two pesticides. Based on SWATLD analysis, the average recovery of carbaryl in pear and sweet potato samples was (96.11± 1.10)% and (95.78±2.99)%, respectively; and the average recovery of isoprocarb in pear and sweet potato samples was (106.14± 2.34)% and (94.29 ± 1.90)%, respectively. The method was simple and inexpensive, and was quick in determining the content of a plurality of components with overlapping spectra in pear and sweet potato.
