综述了豆渣中大豆异黄酮和膳食纤维的结构、检测方法、提取原理和提取与分离方法,并对各种方法的优缺点进行分析,探讨了豆渣未来处理方式以及发展趋势.
The paper summarized the structure, detection method, extraction principle, and extraction and separation methods of soybean isoflavone and dietary fiber in soybean residues, analyzed the advantages and the disadvantages of the different methods, and discussed the further treatment method and the development tendency of soybean residues.
