宫血宁胶囊治疗肾移植术后异常子宫出血10例疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of Gongxuening capsule on abnormal uterine bleeding after renal transplantation:10 cases report

目的探讨宫血宁胶囊对肾移植术后异常子宫出血的疗效。方法 10例肾移植术后异常子宫出血女性患者(其中5例行诊断性刮宫术),肾移植术后4～49(中位时间10)个月发病。月经过多5例,月经过频2例,子宫不规则过多出血2例,子宫不规则出血1例。治疗方法为宫血宁胶囊每次2粒,每日3次,连续6d为第1个疗程,以后每次月经来潮第1日开始服用该药,每次2粒,每日3次,连续6d,共治疗3个疗程。5例行诊断性刮宫术者在按上述方法用药的同时,于术后给予静脉应用抗生素3～5d预防感染。结果全部患者经宫血宁胶囊治疗后均为有效,有效率为100%,其中闭经3例,月经正常4例,月经量明显减少3例。治疗期间均未出现宫血宁胶囊相关的不良反应。结论肾移植手术后出现异常子宫出血的患者,在排除子宫内膜癌等恶性肿瘤后,给予宫血宁胶囊治疗,治疗效果较好,且无明显的不良反应。

Objective To Explore curative effect of Gongxuening capsule on abnormal uterine bleeding after renal transplantation. Methods Ten female patients developed abnormal uterine bleeding at 4-49 （median 10） months after renal transplantation, including 5 cases with diagnostic dilatation and curet- tage. Five case with hypermenorrhea, 2 case with epimenorrhea, 2 case with menometrorrhagia, 1 case with metrorrhagia. Gongxuening capsule was given 2 pills every time and 3 times a day. Continuous treatment for 6 days was the first course. Then the capsule was taken for 2 pills every time and 3 times a day at the first day of each menstrual cycle for 3 courses of 6 days. For the 5 patients underwent diagnostic dilatation and curettage, antibiotics was given by intravenous drip for 3-5 days to preventing infection after operation at the same time of taking capsule. Results The treatment of gongxuening capsule was effective for all patients. The effective rate was 100%, including 3 cases with amenorrhea, 4 cases with eumenorrhea and 3 cases with hypomenorrhea. No adverse reaction was observed during the therapy. Conclusions Except cancers like endometrial cancer, it is effective to give gongxuening capsule for the patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after renal transplantation without obvious adverse reactions.
