从“生源危机”看高职教育教学改革

The Crisis of Enrollment and the Reformation on Higher Vocational Education

在适龄人口的减少及其他因素的影响下,高等教育正由卖方市场转向局部性买方市场,但从适龄人口数量看高职教育不存在"生源危机",对高职教育而言,存在的是信任危机。教育主管部门应采取措施引导高职院校应对"生源危机",高职院校需要拓展职业和继续教育空间,扩大高职教育生源;需要树立"学生利益至上"的理念,充分尊重学生的合理需求和自主选择权;需要适应生源状况的变化,改革教学模式;需要高度重视通识教育,为社会培养高素质的公民。

The higher education is undergoing a shift from a seller＇s market to a buyer＇s market. The crisis of enrollment does not exist. The crisis is a trust crisis on higher vocational education. The higher voca- tional colleges need to expand the occupation and continue education space, to establish ＂the interest of students first＂ concept, and to respect the students＇ reasonable demands and the right to choose majors, to reform teaching mode. And the general education should be highly lighted for cultivating the qualified citi- zens.
