在研究CAXA线切割软件后置处理程序格式的基础上,设计出适合现有激光切割机床的专用后置处理程序。该方法解决了激光切割手工编程带来的诸多不便,实现了激光切割自动编程,在切割加工中达到了预期的效果。

On the basis of the research on the format of post-process program of CAXA WEDM software, designed a special post-process program for laser cutting machine. The method solved the problem of laser cutting manual programming of the inconvenience, made the automatic programming of laser cutting come true, and achieved the desired results in cutting process.
