摘要
分析了汽车制动试验台对车轮的测力能力的动态变化过程,指出被测轮与滚筒界面的附着系数随着轮胎上爬而减小,非测轮在地面上的附着系数随着车身位移而增大,轮胎上爬时安置角减小,正压力增加,但测得的制动力却下降。理论分析与试验结果相吻合。
The motion of the automobile brake tester which can measure the braking force on the wheel is analysed.The adhesion coefficiency between the wheel and the roll drum de- creases but the adhesion coefficiency between the non-measure wheel and ground increases as the braked wheels climb up on the roll drum.The wheel climbing makes the angle of the wheel touch smaller and the normal pressure larger,but the braking force smaller than the primary one.In order to improve the performance of the brake tester,the horizontal binding force must be increased.The analysis result is verified by the experiments.
