摘要
不少不法工商业者在食品生产过程中用于脱色和消毒时,使用工业级双氧水,这会威胁到人体健康.分析工业双氧水和食品级双氧水的生产工艺及它们之中的杂质含量的差异.根据它们之间的主要差异而找到鉴别食品中双氧水的级别的思路.
Some illegal industrialists and businessmen use the industrial peroxide when they want to discolor and sterilize in the food handing process. This can bring threatening to people' health. This article analyzes the manu-facturing technique and the difference of impurity content between the industrial peroxide and the food peroxide.
