摘要
为了解决巡线管理的现状，开发了基于地理信息管理（GIS）平台，智能线路巡检系统．利用GPS技术和GIS技术，对电力线路和设备进行监督定位和巡检，以保证线路和设备的正常可靠运行．
In order to solve this present problem about line inspection management, we develop the smart survey system of circuit be based on GIS. It uses the technology of GIS and GPS, inspects the power circuit and the power instrument, in order to insure the ordinary running of circuit and instrument.
