村级社会管理保障机制的现状与对策——以湖南省宁乡县为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures about Security Mechanism of Rural Social Management

加强村级社会管理有利于维护农村社会安定、有利于巩固党在农村的执政基础。运用实地研究法中的观察法与访问法,通过对湖南省宁乡县村级社会管理保障机制现状的深入调查和分析,指出了其在人才保障机制、财政保障机制以及信息保障机制等方面的主要问题,并针对这些问题进行了原因分析,提出了改善村级社会管理保障机制的对策建议。

Strengthening rural social management is conducive to maintain the social stability in the countryside, and is helpful in strengthening the Party＇s ruling foundation in rural areas. Based on using observational method and interview method to investigate and analyze the current situation of rural social security mechanism in Ningxiang of Hunan Province, this paper points out the main problems existing in talents guarantee mechanism, financial guarantee mechanism and information guarantee mechanism. The main courses are analyzed and some countermeasures are presented to improve the rural social security mechanism.
