大鼠脑读片在神经外科教学中应用体会

摘要 目的:由于神经系统的复杂性,神经外科学成为医学生的学习难点,如何在有限的时间内最大限度地提高教学课的学习效率,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的临床实践和科研能力,是我们神经外科带教老师认真思考的问题。方法:《大鼠脑读片提要及图谱》是一门研究大鼠脑的基础形态学,包括细胞构筑和髓鞘构筑。笔者通过长期的教学实践,应用大鼠脑读片图谱的CAI课件与传统教学方法相结合,更直观形象的观察鼠脑结构。结果:大鼠脑读片不仅可以应用于神经科学研究中,还由于其结构与人中枢神经系统相似,而标本制作与来源相对容易,可将其应用于神经解剖教学及手术训练中。结论:大鼠脑读片CAI课件和传统教学相结合应用于神经外科教学中,起到优势互补和相辅相成的作用,大大提高了教学质量。 Objective: Because of the complexity of the nervous system,neurosurgery is difficulty to medical students.How to maximized the teaching efficiency in limited learning time,stimulate students to learn,train students,clinical practice and research ability.All these were our neurosurgery teachers need to consider.Methods: "Rat Brain Reading Summary and Map" is a study of the rat brain based morphology,including the cytoarchitecture and myelin structures.In long-term teaching practice,We applied for rat brain maps of CAI courseware with combination of traditional teaching methods which could intuitively observed rat brain structure.Results: The author find the rat brain maps can be used in neuroscience research,but also applied to the nerve anatomy teaching and training in the operation,due to similarity to human nervous system.Conclusion: Rat brain maps of CAI courseware and the combination of traditional teaching were applied in the teaching of department of Neurosurgery,which have greatly improved the quality of teaching.
