TGF-β1-509(C/T)基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症相关性的研究

Analysis of the Transforming Growth Factor β1-509(C/T)Gene Polymorphism in Patients with Endometriosis

摘要 目的:研究转化生长因子(TGF-β1)-509(C/T)基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症易感性的关系。方法:采用PCR-RFLP法和PCR产物直接测序法,检测80例子宫内膜异位症和80例正常对照组TGF-β1-509(C/T)基因型及等位基因分布。结果:子宫内膜异位症组TGF-β1-509CC、CT、TT基因型频率分别为20%、35%、45%,C和T等位基因频率分别为37.5%和62.5%;对照组中TGF-β1-509CC、CT、TT基因型频率分别为30%、32.5%、37.5%,C和T等位基因频率分别为46.25%和53.75%。基因型频率和等位基因频率在两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05、P>0.05)。结论:TGF-β1-509(C/T)基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症无关联。 Objective:To investigate whether the transforming growth factorβ1-509(C/T)gene polymorphism is associated with susceptibility to endometriosis.Methods:Transforming growth factorβ1-509(C/T)gene polymorphism was genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism and direct DNA sequencing in 80 patients with endometriosis and 80 healthy controls.Results:Proportions of C homozygote,heterozygote,and T homozygote for TGF-β1 gene polymorphisms were 20%,35%,45% in the endometriosis group and 30%,32.5%,37.5% in the control group.Alleles C and T for TGF-β1 gene polymorphisms were 37.5%,62.5%(endometriosis) and 46.25%,53.75%(non-endometriosis).There was no overall significant difference in genotype and allele frequency between the endometriosis and the controls.Conclusion:Transforming growth factorβ1-509(C/T)gene polymorphism did not associate with endometriosis.
