摘要
干扰素具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤、调节免疫系统等功能,被广泛的应用于病毒引起的疾病、肿瘤和癌症的治疗中。干扰素α-2b是干扰素家族中重要的一员,然而限制干扰素α-2b蛋白产量的主要原因是包涵体蛋白在变复性过程中出现的聚集和错误折叠。本文将对如何有效的减少干扰素α-2b生产过程中产生的聚集和错误折叠及其进展进行综述。
Interferon has been widely used in the treatment of viral diseases and cancer because its role of antiviral,anti-tumor,regulation of the immune system.Interferon α-2b is very important part of interferon family.However,Limit production of interferon α-2b protein mainly due to aggregation and misfolding of inclusion body protein in the refolding process.This article reviewed how to reduce interferon α-2b aggregation and misfolding and its advancement.
