摘要
在三乙醇胺-水混合体系中,以硫酸铜为起始原料,亚磷酸钠为还原剂,采用水热处理的方法成功制备了不同形貌的铜微米晶.用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对产品的形貌、结构进行了表征.同时考察了反应温度、V(三乙醇胺)/V(水)等反应条件对铜微米晶形貌的影响,并对铜八面体的形成机理进行了探讨.
Micrometer-sized copper crystals have been successfully synthesized through the reaction of cupreous sulfate and sodium hypophosphite using a simple hydrothermal approach in the solution of triethanolamine(TEA)-water.X ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) are employed to characterize the structure and morphology of copper products.The reaction conditions such as reaction temperature and reaction solvents have significant effect on the morphology of copper crystals.In addition,the forming mechanism of copper octahedrons is also discussed.
