摘要
杂种优势现象广泛的存在于生物界中。杂种优势的发现和研究已有百年历史。但对杂种优势的预测还尚不明确。本文对杂种优势遗传机理经典假说和国内外基于分子手段进行的遗传距离法、杂种优势类群法、QTL法预测杂种优势的研究进行了综述。
Heterosis is a widespread biological phenomenon. The study about heterosis has lasted for hundred years. But mechanism and prediction of heterosis is unclear. In this paper heterosis mechanisms and forecast were expounded. The article reviews the advance of maize heterosis molecular prediction from the following aspects： genetic distance method, heterosis group method.QTL method.
