摘要
针对现代大型煤化工项目基本都存在富裕大量中、低品位蒸汽的现象,提出采用中压饱和蒸汽透平技术的建议。介绍了中压饱和蒸汽透平的技术特点、工艺要求;通过工程实例,从生产运行数据和使用的经济性等方面总结了中压饱和蒸汽透平的应用效果。结果表明,采用饱和蒸汽透平可以实现能量的梯级开发和分级利用,有利于富裕蒸汽的有效利用和节能增效。
In allusion to phenomenon that there was a lot of medium / low grade of surplus steam in the modern and large-sized project of coal chemical-engineering, author has presented the suggestion for using the technology of medium pressure saturated steam turbine, has introduced the technical feature, process requirement for the medium pressure saturated steam turbine; has summarized the application effect for the medium pressure saturated steam turbine from aspects of productive operation data and economy of its application etc. by means of example in project. Result indicates that using saturated steam turbine can realize the energy development/utilization as its differential grade of steam, it is also beneficial to efficiently utilizing the surplus steam and to the energy saving and benefit increasing.
