摘要
介绍了水煤浆气化炉激冷室的内部结构和工艺过程;分析了气化炉合成气带水的原因及其对装置运行的危害;采取了调节氧煤比、优化激冷室结构和激冷环结构以及在气化炉合成气出口管道增设气液分离器等技改措施,有效避免了合成气带水。
Author has introduced the internal structure and process flow for the quenching chamber of the Texico gasifier; has analyzed the reason tot water entrained in synthetic gas of gasifier and its harm to operation of plant, technical reformation measures have been adopted, for example, adjusting oxygen/coal ratio, optimizing the structures for both quenching chamber and quenching ring, as well as adding gas/liquid separator at the synthetic gas outlet pipeline of gasifier and so on, it is effective to avoid the water entrained in the synthetic gas.
