一种基于802.11n的帧长自适应二级帧聚合方法

摘要 针对无线局域网中MAC层吞吐量受限的问题,分析了802.11n帧聚合机制和差错信道下采用DCF接入机制时系统饱和吞吐量,讨论了帧长度、误码率对系统吞吐量的影响。在此基础上,提出一种帧长自适应的二级帧聚合方法。该方法根据误码率的不同,自适应地调节第一级聚合数目,以使聚合长度在该误码率下达到最佳,从而使吞吐量达到最优。理论分析与仿真结果表明,在误码率多变的信道中,该方法与现有802.11n中的聚合方法相比,可以通过选择合适的帧聚合长度使吞吐量有较大提高。 Focusing on the problem that the wireless MAC layer throughput is limited,the 802.11n frame aggregation mechanism and the saturation throughput using DCF access mechanism in the error channel are analyzed. Furthermore,the impact of frame length and BER on the throughput is discussed. Then a novel adaptive frame length two-level aggregation is proposed. According to the BER, the first level of aggregation numbers is adjusted adaptively,so that the aggregation length can achieve the best in the BER,moreover the throughput can reach maximum in the BER. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that compared with the aggregation method in the original agreement,the proposed method has greatly improved the system throughput by selecting the appropriate frame aggregation length in the channel with changing BER.
