摘要
采用纳米TiO2多孔微球光催化氧化处理模拟染料废水,研究了溶液pH值、纳米TiO2用量、光照时间、离心时间等因素对脱色率的影响,并探讨了脱色机理。结果表明,在染料浓度为65mg·L-1、溶液pH值为2、纳米TiO2用量为700mg·L-1、光照时间为2h、离心时间为15min时的脱色率最高,脱色效果最好。为纳米TiO2多孔微球在废水处理中的应用提供了理论基础。
Decolorization of simulated dye wastewater by photocatalytic oxidation using TiO2 nanocrystal porous microspheres was studied in this paper. The effects of pH value,TiO2 nanocrystal amount,irradiation time,centrifuging time on decolorization rate were investigated. The decolorization mechanism was discussed al- so. The results showed that the decolorization efficiency was the best under following conditions:dye concentra- tion of 65 mg· L^-1 ,pH value of 2,TIO2 nanocrystal amount of 700 mg·L^-1 ,irradiation time of 2 h,centrifu- ging time of 15 min. It provides a theoretic basis for dye wastewater treatment by TiO2 nanocrystal porous mi- crospheres.
