摘要
提出了一种以步进电机为驱动器的飞机环境控制系统的控制策略。比较了步进电机在不同驱动方式下的转矩脉动,并采用细分驱动解决了步进电机的低频振荡问题;采用S型升降频控制方法,解决了步进电机的失步和过冲问题;采用余度技术提高了控制系统的可靠性。实验结果表明:该控制策略能有效实现对飞机环境控制系统中电动活门的控制而且具有振动小、精度高、可靠性好等优点。
In this paper, an Aircraft Environmental Control System (ECS) was designed by adopting Stepper Motor (STM) as electric actuator. The torque fluctuation in the STM under different drive mode was ana- lyzed and pulse subdivision driver was used to reduce low-frequency oscillation; the lose-step and over-step phenomenon were avoided by utilizing proper acceleration and deceleration curves of STM ; rebundancy tech- nology was adopted to improve the system's reliability based on the pridiction of reliability. The results of simulations and experiments proved that the scheme was effective and feasible to control electrical valve in aircraft CES with small oscillation, high positioning accuracy and good reliability.
