摘要
本文分析了烧结配料系统目前存在的问题,并进行了优化改进。使得配料生产效率得到了明显的提高,同时降低了故障率。改造后仪表的功能得到充分利用,生产能稳定进行。
This article described the main problems of batching system for sinterning machine. The way to resolved it was discussed. After improvement, the productivity was increased, and fault rate was decreased. The system functions well, and the production operation runs stably.
