This paper introduces the research and application of fault diagnosis and analysis system for Wide and Heavy Plate Mill line of Shandong Iron and Steel Company Jinan branch. And it described the system of rolling data collection, a- nalysis and fault diagnosis; focused on the fault diagnosis and analysis method. After applied in the wide and heavy plate mill line, it achieved very good results.
