摘要
针对单圆钢丝涂塑底网、双圆钢丝涂塑底网、双圆钢丝镀锌底网和编织钢丝涂塑底网等4种肉鸡笼底网,推导出3种边界条件下受横向载荷时的挠度数学模型,测试了网片的振动特性和肉仔鸡笼养系统的振动特性。根据设定的生物指标分析了底网的力学特性与肉仔鸡生长发育的相关性。研究表明,各网片受横向均布或集中载荷时,载荷与挠度呈非线性关系;挠度数学模型较真实地反映出网片的变形特性;4种网片的一阶固有频率与鸡的固有频率相差较大,因而不会出现共振;肉鸡笼底网弹性和表面材料对胸囊肿发病率有显著影响。
Mathematical models of deformation with 3 boundary conditions under lateral loads are developed for 4 types of broiler cage floors (plastic-coated sinsle-wire mesh, plastic-coated double-wire mesh,zinc-coated double-wire mesh and plastic-coated weaved mesh).The vibration performances of floors and cage systems are measured.According to the assumed biological targets ,the interrelations between mechanics properties of cage floors and growth of broilers are analyzed.The results show that there exists a nonlinear relation between load and deformation while each floor is under uniform or concentrated lateral loads;the first order natural frequencies of the 4 cage floors are quite difference with that of broiler bodies,so resonance will not occur;the effect of elasticity and surface materials of cage floors on the incidence of broiler breast blister is significant.
