摘要
介绍了全自动超声波技术(AUT)和全自动相控阵超声检测技术(PAUT)两种检测方法的工作原理和设备特点,并对这两种方法在同等条件下的检测精度进行了分析、比较。通过现场试验,研究了这两种检测方法在海管检测中的缺陷检出率、缺陷尺寸以及检测时间3方面的差异,探讨了这两种方法的优势和缺陷。试验结果表明,在LS36-1海管铺设过程中,PAUT具备和AUT等同的检测精度,可以作为备用方法。
In this article, it introduced the working principle and equipment characteristics of AUT and PAUT detection technologies , analyzed and compared detection precision of two methods under the same condition. Through field tests, it studied the difference of the said two detection methods used in submarine pipeline detection from three aspects, such as defect detection rate , defect size and detection time , and discussed the advantages and disadvantages. The test results showed that during 1536-1 submarine pipeline laying, the detection precision of PAUT is equal to that of AUT, which can be used as an alternative scheme.
