摘要
对钢带中带状组织的成因、类型及其对HFW焊管材料性能和焊接性能的影响进行了分析,并根据带状组织对HFW焊管焊接质量的影响将其进行了分类。针对这种影响提出了相应的应对措施:对于带状组织严重,特别是存在硬组织带,不能满足焊接性能要求的钢带必须严格控制,不予使用;对于带状组织不是很严重的钢带,则通过改善工艺条件,如适当提高焊接温度、减小挤压力等工艺,使HFW焊管焊接金属流线角度比正常值偏小一些,以抵消钢带带状组织对焊接质量的不良影响。
In this article, it analyzed the reason caused banded structure., type, and the effect on material performance and welding property of HFW pipe, and classified banded structure aim at the effect of banded structure on HFW pipe wehling quality. It put forward related imprnvement measures: for steel strip with serious banded structure, especially for that wittl hard structure, which cannot meet the welding performance requirements, it should be strictly controlled and cannot be used; for steel strip with general banded structure, it should improve process conditions, such as imprnving wehting temperature, reducing extrusion furee and etc., to make the angle of HFW pipe metal flow line to be smaller than that of normal value to offset harmful effect of welding quality.
