The overseas Chinese media in the early 21 st century has become an important power of the media in the field of international communication. How to maintain a healthy and stable development momentum, make it the main channel of the inter-country cross-cultural communication and public diplomacy, is worth studying. Chinese media resource library to build a service for overseas Chinese media industry as well as re- searchers, policy makers is a basic work to consolidate the experience and wisdom of domestic Chinese media researcher,to guide the healthy development of overseas Chinese media.
