长吉图地区低碳经济发展研究——基于DEA方法的效率评价

Low-carbon Economic Development Research on the Chang-Ji-Tu

在新的历史背景下,长吉图地区的经济发展模式自然要符合国家的经济发展战略,走低碳、绿色的经济发展道路,采用DEA方法对可对长吉图地区的低碳经济发展进行效率评价,发现目前吉林省对长吉图地区的低碳经济发展的投入效率并不十分理想,在既有投入不变的前提下,低碳经济的发展仍有提高空间。

In the new historical context, the economic development model of Chang-Ji-Tu area should accord with national economic development strategy, low-carbon, green economic development, this paper uses the DEA method to analyze the low carbon economy development efficiency of Chang-Ji-Tu area, found that the in- vestment efficiency of current low carbon economy development of this area is not very ideal, in both the inputs to the same premise, the development of low carbon economy is still space for improvement.
