摘要 针对《生物技术》课程内容趋于陈旧,与现代植物生物技术发展趋势及应用相脱节,课程内容忽视理论基础、偏重实验操作流程介绍,缺少现代生物技术内容等问题,要以构建本课程的理论完整性、理论与技术的系统性和应用技术的先进性、实用性为指导思想,对课程体系和内容进行修改、重构,并按照新体系进行教学实践。实践证明课程改革取得了较好的效果。 According to the problems that course content of biotechnology are very behind of times, and the trends and application of modern plant biotechnology are separated, course content ignores the theoretical knowledge but emphasizes on experimental operation process, the lack of content of modern biotechnology and so on. In order to construct the curriculum theory integrity, systematicness of theory and technology, progressiveness and practicability of application technology, course system and content were revised and reconstructed, besides the teaching practice was carried out according to the new system. Practice has proved that the curriculum reform has achieved good results.
