直链烷基苯磺酸钠对小鼠精子成熟和生育能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨直链烷基苯磺酸钠(Linear alkylbenzene sulphonates,LAS)对小鼠附睾内精子成熟和繁殖后代能力的影响。方法 4周龄昆明雄系小鼠,随机分为实验组A(LAS630 mg/kg,n=20),实验组B(LAS315mg/kg,n=20),对照组C(生理盐水,n=20)。实验组小鼠经口摄入直链烷基苯磺酸钠,每日1次,连续染毒60天时,取三组小鼠附睾头和附睾尾精子,分别检测精子密度、活力、正常形态率及胞浆小滴率,并通过与正常雌鼠交配比较不同染毒剂量下小鼠繁殖子代的能力。结果实验组小鼠附睾头和附睾尾精子密度,活力均显著低于对照组(P<0.001,P<0.05),胞浆小滴率和畸形精子率均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),低剂量组、高剂量组小鼠的子代数量与对照组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.005),且具有明显的剂量效应关系。结论直链烷基苯磺酸钠影响小鼠附睾内精子的成熟过程,并可引发小鼠的生育能力降低。 Objective To discuss the influence of linear alkyihenzene sulphonates (LAS) on sperm maturation and offspring breeding capabilities within mouse epididymis. Methods 4-week Kunming male mice were randomly divided into Experimental Group A (LAS630 mg/kg, n = 20) , Experimental Group B ( LAS315 mg/kg, n = 20) and Comparison Group C ( physiological saline, n = 20). The mice of the experimental groups were treated by oral administration of LAS once per day, and after they were continuously contaminated for 60 days, mouse epididymal heads and epididymal sperms of the three groups were sampled to respectively detect the sperm densities, activities, normal morphorlogical rate and endochylema droplets rate, and the capabilities for the mice to breed offspring with different contaminating dosages were com- pared by mating with normal female mice. Results The density and vitality of the epididymal heads and epididymal sperms of the experimental groups were obviously lower than those of the comparison group ( P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0. 05 ), the endochylema droplet rate and the abnormal sperm rate were obviously higher than those of the comparison group (P 〈 0. 001 ), the differences of offspring quantities among the mice of low dosage group, mice of high dosage group and the comparison group are statistically significant (P 〈 0. 005 ), and the does-effect relationship obviously existed. Conclusion The maturation process of the sperms in the mouse epididymis is influenced by the LAS, and the the fertility of the mouse is likely to be lowered.
