直接空冷单元内加装一种导流装置的数值模拟 被引量:8

摘要 针对600MW直接空冷机组凝汽器典型结构,建立在空冷凝汽器单元内部加装弧形导流板的物理模型,利用CFD软件,采用SIMPLE算法和k-ε模型进行数值模拟计算,对加装导流板前后空冷单元的空气场及温度场进行了计算分析,并对导流板的安装位置及几何尺寸进行优化。结果表明:加装导流装置后,空冷单元内的空气场及换热器表面温度场分布趋于均匀,降低了管束平均表面温度,起到了明显作用,提高了管束的换热效率,为空冷单元的进一步优化设计提供一定理论参考。 According to the typical structure of the 600MW direct air cooling condenser to built the condenser of unit installed arc guide plate physical model which using the CFD software SIMPLE algorithm and k-ε model numerical simulation. To calculate and analyze the air field and the temperature field of air cooled unit before and after the deflector installed and optimize the installed position and dimension of the deflector plate can we get the result. The result shows that: after installed the flow guide device, the air field in the air cooling unit and the surface temperature of the heat exchanger field became more uniformed distribution. Reduce the bundle average surface temperature obviously and improve the heat transfer efficiency which provides certain theory reference of the Air coolinz unit for further ontimization desian.
