中国情境下员工离职思考什么:工作嵌入理论的本土化研究 被引量:10

摘要 旨在探讨工作嵌入理论在中国本土的结构特征和内容因素,在不同行业选择了16位曾有离职经历的在职员工为研究对象,分别进行了深度访谈。在此基础上,采用内容分析等质性研究的方法对信息进行总结和归类,借鉴工作嵌入构念的现有结构模型,分析得到在中国情境下工作嵌入理论的结构和内容特征。研究发现:除社区维度外其它维度都显著存在;联系、匹配、牺牲三类依附关系也得以表现;家庭和亲属对员工离职决策的影响格外突出。 The major purpose of the paper is to discuss the structure characteristics and content factors of job embeddedness theory in Chinese setting. Based on in-depth interview with 16 employees having quitting experience from different industries ,this research analyzes the information by using qualitative research method, then concludes the structure and content factors in Chinese setting by using the existing structure model of job embedment for reference. The findings show that all the dimensionalities obviously exist except the community dimensionality;the attachment types-link,fit,and sacrifice are also showed and families and relatives have a substantial influence on employees' turnover intention.
